Download SnowBoard Theming Engine
The first thing you must need to Jailbreak your iPhone device, after that you can install a package manager like (Snowboard from Cydia).
1. Open Cydia.
2. Go to source > Edit & Add the SnowBoard Tweak Repo
SnowBoard Tweak Repo URL: Sparkdev repo
3. Navigate to the Search Tab, Search SnowBoard Tweak and Install SnowBoard Package.
4. Press the Install Button.
5. Go To Settings > SnowBoard > Configure the App.
The latest version of SnowBoard and the snowboard extensions are available on the dynastic repo.

How to install Jailbreak Themes with SnowBoard on iOS 14 and below
1. Open Cydia
2. Search for a theme and Install it.
3. Head over to SnowBoard in Settings.
4. Tap on Select Theme.
5. Tap Enable on a SnowBoard theme you would select to enable.
6. Tap on Apply when prompted.
7. Your theme is ready!
